Return Eligibility: You may return any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that final sale items, swimwear, undergarments, and accessories are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Any items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are also ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Steps to Return:
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at latoyajohnson@latoyaclothingshop.com or call us at 478-270-1549 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Return: Securely pack the items in the original packaging, including any documents, accessories, and manuals received with the product to ensure the return is processed as efficiently as possible.
Label and Ship: Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
